Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. What areas do you serve?
We currently serve select local neighborhoods and zip codes. Enter your address during checkout to confirm availability on your route.
2. Do I need to be home when you service my bins?
Not at all! As long as our team has clear, unlocked access to your cans, we perform the service seamlessly without disturbing your day.
3. Where should my bins be stored?
Bins should be located in an easily accessible outdoor area—such as the side of your garage, driveway side yard, or an unlocked gate area.
4. What time will you move my bins?
Roll-outs occur between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM the evening before your scheduled trash day. Returns occur by 8:00 PM on collection day after trucks finish.
5. How does billing and cancellation work?
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly via credit card. You can pause or cancel anytime with 48 hours’ notice prior to your next billing cycle.

6. Is there a limit on driveway length?
Our Essential and Executive tiers include service for driveways up to 200 Feet. For larger properties and estate driveways, please contact us directly for a custom rate.
Policies & Disclaimers
Weather & Safety Policy
For the safety of our valets, during major winter snowstorms, severe icing, or extreme weather conditions, driveways and pathways must be cleared and accessible. If severe weather prevents safe service completion, your account will automatically receive a pro-rated credit for that week.
Waste Scope
Service applies strictly to standard wheeled trash and recycling receptacles. Loose bags, bulk items, or yard waste outside of bins are not eligible for valet handling.
